Common Questions

Before you book

Is the health check really free?
Yes. The scorecard and the 45-minute health check are free, and you keep your scorecard whether or not you work with us.
Do you need admin access to our account?
No. The health check is a screen-share where you show us around. If you want us to fix anything afterwards, we will agree access then.
What if our setup is already in good shape?
Then we will tell you. You get the scorecard either way, and if there is nothing worth fixing, we will say so.
What happens after the health check?
You receive a one-page scorecard with your top three fixes. You can make them yourselves, or we can quote to fix them. If the real problem is the process rather than the tool, we will suggest a Blueprint Day instead.
