Rise.Life is one of the UK's fastest-growing wellbeing franchises, delivering movement-based activities to older adults across care homes and community settings. As the network expanded, the operational cracks began to show.
Revenue data lived across multiple platforms and was slow to compile. Scheduling and attendance had no real-time oversight. Each franchisee operated differently, with no consistent source of truth across the network.
The tools in use (Franchise360, Connecteam, Xero, and countless spreadsheets) had each solved individual problems in isolation but created a fragmented ecosystem that required constant manual effort to hold together.
Rise needed a custom-built system that could accurately track revenue across the entire franchise network while remaining data-compliant, highly scalable, and simple enough for franchisees and activity leads to use day-to-day.
